Wújìn means "endless" in the Buddhist language and refers to doing nothing, non-existence and boundlessness. The dance performance "Wújìn" deals with the potential of philosophical differences while incorporating the theme of religion. It deals with the root of the self, the process of transformation and the search for how a person can become a medium. The incorporation of spirituality, ceremonies of nature and the culture of Taoism play an important role in the piece.
Felix Chang is originally from Taiwan. He studied classical Chinese dance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and then dance at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. He has worked as a dancer with various international choreographers and companies including OxymoronDance Company, Jessica Gaynor Dance, Ada Studio, TianNa.
