In the logic of contemporary artistic working methods, the interdisciplinary performance project focuses on German-French perspectives with biographical inspiration. After a three-week residency, young artists from Hesse and Nouvelle-Aquitaine present their work through dance, language and music in the context of their artistic laboratories.
Instant composition as a radical performance format demands from the performers a potential repositioning on the theme each evening, both artistically and in terms of content. The performance allows the audience to participate in an ever-changing scenic process of creation, thus enabling a shared experience with the performers without removing the boundary between the stage and the auditorium. In the process, the audience is invited to question their own attitudes.
STOP!parlez approaches the question of participation in social change processes from the subjective point of view of the actors involved, highlighting controversial viewpoints.
