Frédéric's movement practice is based on awareness of the self, supporting and reclaiming one's own way of moving and thereby inhabiting space. The focus is on a sense of economy of effort to bring lightness to movements as one moves between the floor and space. This includes working with gravity, body dynamics and the modulations of tension. The course is accessible to all.
