The professional training of the Tanzplattform Rhein-Main is aimed at professionally active dance practitioners (dancers, choreographers, dance teachers and dance students).

The 3G concept applies to participation in professional training. The training room can be used from 9.30 a.m. for registration and an independent warm-up. The training starts punctually at 10 am.
Participation is free for students of BATanz, MACoDE and MACuP

Fabrice leans against a wall, he has his hands in his trouser pockets, wears glasses and a top that says "Risk and you shall".
The warm-up includes different practices and combines different ideas of body awareness, Alexander technique, ballet, budo, multidirectional and spiral coordination and includes extensive stretching. The class allows for activation of the body, strengthening of different muscle chains and stimulation of new forms of coordination and rhythms. The practice of the class requires a certain degree of spontaneity and curiosity.
