The training takes place in presence The professional training is aimed at professional dance practitioners (dancers, choreographers, dance teachers and dance students). As an open class with changing local and international instructors, the Professional Training offers a broad and varied spectrum of contemporary dance techniques as well as ballet for contemporary dancers. The training is for professional dancers or dance students in training (with appropriate proof). The training room can be used from 09:30 for registration and an individual warm-up. Training starts at 10 am sharp. Students of MACuP, MACoDe or BATanz don't need to pay Ticket for one day: 6 euros Ticket for ten times: 35 euros

Inspired by definitions of biomes, we start with the ground by engaging sensual experiences with time perception, physicality of plants-and-animals with architectural structures. Through these improvisations we experience different body states, as our ways of perceiving and moving from the ground evolve into floating. We observe how compressed air, distance and human relations store energies by bridging neuro-cognitive cranialsacral work with capoeira angola. Releasing more flexibility and space in our minds and bodies. Once we’ve achieved an increased sense of availability, we flow into a journey of contact improvisation work with periods of weightlessness, blindness and shape shifting. Upon generating these states, we add directions of higher intricacy inspired by the Jooss-Leeder method such as science of qualities and science of spaces.
