The training takes place in presence The professional training is aimed at professional dance practitioners (dancers, choreographers, dance teachers and dance students). As an open class with changing local and international instructors, the Professional Training offers a broad and varied spectrum of contemporary dance techniques as well as ballet for contemporary dancers. The training is for professional dancers or dance students in training (with appropriate proof). The training room can be used from 09:30 for registration and an individual warm-up. Training starts at 10 am sharp. Students of MACuP, MACoDe or BATanz don't need to pay Ticket for one day: 6 euros Ticket for ten times: 35 euros

Contemporary Technique - Set Material This class will explore the principals of gravity, groundedness, and flow, while moving us through acrobatic elements. Inspired by Flying Low, we will use spirals to move in and out of the floor, while contracting and expanding the whole body or different parts of it in order to create smooth pathways. Using our experience with Release Techniques, we will approach acrobatic elements like lifts, balances, handstands and aerial jumps, to introduce dynamics and risk taking, while also working with gravity, momentum, and falling to aid in our exploration of flow.
