INTERDISCIPLINARY IMPROVISATION WITH RICARDA LöFFLER AND SUSANNE RENTEL
Networking in the beauty of the moment

In this workshop we will form a temporary creative group like a sculpture, in the sense of a social sculpture of the artist Joseph Beuys. I will offer you exercises from play and dance to get to know each other a little better and for fun! Then we will start a fine process of „networking“ by taking us seriously with humor and love. Being aware and sensitive of anyone`s feelings and needs the group will create an atmosphere of openness to each others creative expressions. We will give us permission to joyfully experience both sense and non-sense. „Everyone is an artist in the beauty of the moment!“ ….freely according to Joseph Beuys. As many of you know, in „Interdisziplinäre Improvisation“ music plays a keyrole. In my workshop music comes from within, from outside and is also self made. My personal background is Dance Movement Therapy, pedagogics and being part of a free physical theater in my past. I want to blend all this in a mixture, a „bricolage“ of art and joy. Please bring an instrument or an object - any or many- for all kinds of sounds. If you are playing a melodic instrument, please feel free to bring it and play it. You should have your own blanket to sit or maybe lie on. There are chairs in the Seilerei, who prefers. I am looking forward to a colourful and divers group with people of all ages, gender and caracteristics of uniqueness! Ricarda Löffler
