In this session I invite you to work with memories and their embodiment using Mary Overlie's “Six Viewpoints Technique”. First, we will focus on two of the Six Viewpoints - time and space - and then turn our attention to the topic of memories. It would be interesting to see which moments of movement and life the body remembers and how these memories can be recreated in space. What is changed or rediscovered in the process and what echoes can arise in the space? The role that music can play as a companion or initiator in this process will also be examined.
