INTRODUCTION MODERN DANCE TECHNIQUE MARTHA GRAHAM

In this workshop we will learn the basics of the Martha Graham technique, who was one of the most important pioneers of modern dance. Main elements of Graham technique are "Contraction" , "Release" and the spiral of the spine. All movements originate from the center of the body, allowing the connection of emotions with movement.
