Wheelchair-accessible event room? (No steps or thresholds higher than 5 cm, doors at least 90 cm wide, wheelchair-accessible toilet, etc.)
Elevators can be found as well in the new building as in the old building of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt. The elevators have got an entrance area with 90 cm door opening. The elevators all feature low-level controls for wheelchair users and sublime and high-contrast buttons.

Is there a guidance system on site?
A guide system for the blind leads through the entire museum. It also leads to tactile models. It is supplemented by tactile floor plans, which are always located near the elevator on all levels in the old and new buildings.
