BODY WORKSHOP | ROBERTO ANGELS

This workshop with a focus on “Body” is designed to help the participants explore and develop their physical presentation and movement abilities as well as their performance capabilities. The workshop covers topics such as history, body acceptance, posture, balance, control, and expression. Participants will take part in exercises and activities that aim to improve their body awareness and control. It will provide them with opportunities to express themselves physically and provide a stronger visage of their own body. The workshop emphasizes body diversity and positivity, creating a supportive, inclusive environment in which all participants can accept and appreciate their bodies. For the purposes of this workshop, the instructor requests the participants bring tight and flexible clothing for some exercises.
