ANTANZEN is an open training for non-professionals with the aim to get to know and try out various styles and dance techniques - from classical ballet, voguing, house to contemporary dance. It is aimed at adults who are interested in experiencing dance for themselves, consciously training their bodies, and exploring new approaches to movement. No pre-registration or prior dance experience is required. It takes place once a month at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Staatstheater Darmstadt and from January 2023 at the Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm. The ANTANZEN format is carried out in collaboration with dance teachers from the region and the national and international network of alumni of the Master's degree program in Contemporary Dance Education (MA CoDE) at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK).

Sandra Domnick is a freelance dancer, choreographer and dance facilitator. She graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Moscow with a Ballet Diploma and later from the HfMDK Frankfurt with a Bachelor of Arts. In the past years she collaborated with numerous choreographers and institutions and created her own works. Through her many years of experience not only as a dancer, but also as a choreographer and teacher, Sandra has gained diverse knowledge in practice and this she shares with great pleasure with Allen. This includes children from 3, teenagers, adults and seniors. The level does not matter. Her dance is understandable and practicable for everyone. Fun and the joy of music and movement play a central role. Currently Sandra performs in Hesse, creates new works, participates in the numerous training courses and teaches there.
